90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

FreshKicks offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from delivery on every order. If your FreshKicks wash bag doesn't leave your sneakers fresher, we'll refund you in full.

How to request a refund

Email support@heyfk.com within 90 days of delivery and include your order number. You do not need to send anything back, and there is no restocking fee.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit to your account.

Damaged, incomplete or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email support@heyfk.com with a photo within 90 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the 90-day guarantee above applies.
