Free Shipping on Every Order

Shipping is free on all orders. There are no handling fees and no minimum order value.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Processing is included in the estimated delivery window below. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated U.S. delivery is 6-10 calendar days from the date you place your order, including processing. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, peak periods, holidays and customs processing can affect arrival times.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed to you when your order ships. It can take 2-3 days for the first carrier scan to appear.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered orders

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund. Email support@heyfk.com as soon as possible if you need to correct an address on an order.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email support@heyfk.com and we will either resend it or refund you in full.
